SINGLE GIRDER CRANES

Monorail cranes are single-track cranes that move forward and backward, as well as up and down, along a single profile. As our company, we provide monorail crane sales and technical support to all cities, primarily in Bursa. These cranes operate within cable systems and share similarities in operation principles with other crane groups. At BUVİSAN, we manufacture and assemble single-girder cranes ranging from 1 ton to 10 tons.

Drum

A wide-diameter drum to extend rope life, Diameter (drum)/Diameter (Steel rope) = 46 Ensures precise load positioning, hook swing ± 4mm at one meter The rope wraps around the drum at least two turns when the hook is in the lowest position The rope guide is made of spheroidal graphite iron, resistant to wear and efficient The spring-loaded guide rope effectively prevents the steel rope from coming out of the channel

Hook

Hooks according to DIN 15401 standard, hardened and tempered steel 34CrMoV Lifetime lubricated frictionless bearings, 360° rotation Safety latch prevents hook detachment

1- Rotary limit switch Limits the hook at the top and bottom levels through a counter. It can define 4 stops during high-quality and efficient limiting lifting.

2- Rope guide Durable tinned steel grooved drum and tinned crane hook are the prominent features of long service life and high safety level.

3- Electromagnetic brake The double-disc electromagnetic brake provides automatic braking in case of power failure. Asbestos-free brake pads designed for approximately one million braking operations ensure a long maintenance interval.

4- Overload limit switches Doğan Crane cranes are optionally equipped with overload limit switches. Overload limit switches have three different beeping alarms at 90%, 100%, and 110% load levels.

5- Trolley Crane trolleys are equipped with permanent lubricated flanged wheels designed for use on parallel flanged rails. Wheels for rails with inclined flanges are available as an option.

6- Lifting gear Provides traction with light gear arrangements with its silent running straight bevel gears.
