Double Girder Overhead Cranes
Deflection in the double or single girder bridge constructions used in the standard production or special process cranes is calculated at least 1/1000 ratio. It is produced in the most strong and lightweight way using designs and advanced production technologies in accordance with DIN norms and FEM standarts.
Inverter drive is used in the bridge travelling systems in order to provide non-impact movement and least load swinging.
Radio frequency remote control, control from the cabin, push button control independent from the crane and push button hanged from the crane options is available in the travelling bridge crane systems.
Single or double line C-truck system as current receiver festoon line throughout the bridge or I beam cable carrier current receiver for heavy working conditions can be preferred.
There are a maintenance platform suitable to the standards is present in one of the girder of the bridge in order to provide safe maintenance in the double girder travelling bridge cranes.
There are switches that cut the current before it hits the buffers at the runway beam end of the bridge travelling. If there are more than one travelling bridge cranes at the same hall, censor switch is used in order to prevent them to collide with each other.
