Charging Cranes
Deflection of double girder construction used together with the charging cranes is calculated at least at the rate of 1/1000. Heat shields for protecting the construction from the heat can be used if needed. Charging cranes is designed in the most strong and lightweight possible according to the DIN norms and FEM standard criteria. Lifting and handling, travelling gearboxs is produced in parallel shaft type by choosing suitable service factor gearbox according to the FEM class.
Lifting movements is stopped by electro-hydraulic brake with safety factor suitable to DIN norms and FEM standards. Emergency stop safety brakes can be used according to the tonnage and requirements.
Inverter drives is used in the main lift, auxiliary lift, trolley and bridge end truck travelling systems in order to provide non-impact movement and least load swinging. H class engines, external fans and air conditioners at the electrical panel and command cabins suitable to high temperatures according to the working environment can be used.
Radio frequency remote controls and control from the cabin options is available in the special production charging cranes. Single or double line I beam cable carrier current receiver is prefered as current receiver festoon line throughout the bridge.
There are maintenance platforms suitable to standards at one or two girders of the bridge in order to provide safe maintenance of special production charging crane systems.
There are switches that will cut the current without hitting the buffers at the runway beam end of the bridge travelling. In addition to this, censor switches that will prevent hitting is used if there are more than one bridge cranes in one hall.
